Marketplace requests

When you send a service enquiry or ask Weddingala to find vendors, we use your event requirements and contact details to connect you with the professional you selected and other relevant Weddingala marketplace providers. Matching is based on details such as service type, event city and event date.

A marketplace request may be shared with up to 10 matching providers. Providers may use these details only to respond to that request and discuss the relevant service with you.

Information we use

This can include your name, phone number, email address, event type, date, city, budget and the requirement you submit. We record the version of the notice shown when the request was sent.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a request. You can review the progress of submitted enquiries from your Weddingala account. Contact Weddingala for access, correction or deletion requests as permitted by applicable law.
